ONLY STAY IF IT IS YOUR LAST RESOURCE
It was sad such a nice place in a very good location has the type of costumer service that makes you want to leave or not come back. The location is great but there are many other good places in that area as well. The building seems new but the day I arrived the door to the apartment would not close. I told them at 8pm. By 11 pm nothing was done. They told me they would send me to another building 5 blocks away for the night! I refused and asked if they had anything in that same biilding. After a while they magically they found an available room. This room was located next to a room where some girls where having a party and were very loud for quite a while. Next day I went back to my original room ( with all my things) and the air conditioning did not work. They gave me a portable air ventilator that did not really work so the room was hot. There is no safe deposit box in the room. And the costumer support ( done only by whatsapp ) has no costumer relations education. The words - WE ARE SORRY - were necer pronounced. I was treated as if I was doing them a favour. When I asked about water bottles ( I stayed for 5 nights ) I was told I was only to get the first night -2 bottles. I had to get the rest. When I asked about check out they told me with exclamation marks: CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 PLEASE!! Not a little amount of politeness or concession after all I had accepted from them. -I love giving good reviews but also advise others when not good.
