Not sure why this place is so good rated, but our experience was not pleasant. First of all, the owner is not responsive AT ALL, other staff also not much, so if you have issues, deal with it yourself. We were also charged 20euro “fine” arriving 20min after 8pm, although we informed the staff way upfront explaining that due to the floods in Italy all the trains had massive delays, they didn’t care and asked to pay. For 20min 20 euro, we found it very unfair especially as our delay was caused by the natural disaster! In addition our check in took 40min!!! Lady didn’t speak English, asked to pay for the apartment although it was already paid, needed to follow up on things, etc. The apartment itself is dark and cold, the shower is super small, internet slow…no water, coffee/tea provided and even no sugar/salt…To conclude, it was an unpleasant and unwelcoming stay, the only good thing is the location but for sure you can find a better place for the same price! So if you have a choice, wouldn’t suggest to choose this apartment.
