Não se engane pelas fotos. Só depois que você chega você percebe que pagou MUITO CARO. O local é bem localizado. Só isso. Mas parou no tempo. O chão é de piso batido de cimento pintado de azul. Portas e janelas de madeira velho. banheiro velho com descarga DE CORDINHA!! Água amarelada e com cheiro de ferrugem. Se você gosta de rústico, ok. Mas pra mim tá mais pra velharia e falta de investimento pra renovar. área externa suja. Piscina antiga e pouco cuidada. Cobram o preço de hotel de ponta, mas oferecem estrutura precária. Definitivamente seria minha última opção em Porto.

Frustration
When we arrived at Pousada Sao Luiz our Hotel.com reservation had apparently not been received/understood. While they did have a room for us, The pousada clerk communicated that we needed to pay the full amount in spite of proof we had already paid half to Hotels.com. We shared our confirmation information but he could not read or speak English. I have communicated with Hotels.com regarding the situation. The hotel room itself had several short comings. The thin sheet on the bed barely covered the old mattress. The water in the bathroom was rusty. We did enjoy the location - right in the middle of town. A great pizza place was next to the pousada, and we had arrived on a family holiday so the atmosphere was festive.

Achamos o quarto horrivel. Nao conseguimos nem ficar pra dormir. Tivemos que procurar outra pousada em cima da hora para nos hoapedar. Nao consefuimos passar a noite. O quarto estava sujo. La ducha no funcionaba y me tuvieron que prestar 1 habitación para bañarme luego de hacer un escándalo porque me decían que no tenian solución para darnos. Não tem conforto; tv's antigas e com sinal analógico; péssimo estacionamento pois é apertado e o hóspede tem que lavar o carro todos os dias porque caem muitas flores dos pés de jambo; a água utilizada nos apartamentos tem o cheiro de lama e o que é pior: falta água com frequência pois não é um sistema automatizado e os tanques ficam vazios talvez para economizar.

Não gostei do mal cheiro no banheiro. Porém no geral foi ótima. Fomos muito bem recebidos na chegada e bem atendidos sempre que necessitávamos. O ambiente é agradável. O pessoal da cozinha é uma simpatia. A localização é dez.

Ponto positivo, é a localização e café da manhã. Pontos negativos, a recepção não foi MTU boa, funcionários despreparados cheguei no meu horário e tive que esperar por 40 mints ou mais um hóspede desocupar o quarto e ainda realizarem a limpeza. Cheguei de 6 horas de viagem e não pude entrar no quarto. Quarto com uma péssima iluminação, ninguém orientou sobre o sistema de iluminação automatizado. Não forcem coberta , apenas um lençol, ao pedir fui informada que somente no inverno, e que se eu sentia frio que desligasse o ar. Não temos onde pendurar roupas molhadas, falta um varal ou mesmo ganchos no quarto já ajudaria bastante, por ser beira de praia . O controle da tv, que ainda é de tubo não funcionava.
