Outdoor space for us is important. We like to start off with coffee sitting outside in the morning. There were two balconies but no chairs or outdoor furniture. The staff did find some chairs for us to use. The area was spectacular for being able to walk out to restaurants and shops and felt totally safe. The property is associated with a nearby (2 minutes walk) hotel where the pool and gym are, but the gym was just a couple cardio machines - terrible. The WiFi barely worked at all, but fortunately we had purchased local eSIMs for data. Staff was fantastic and helpful, 5/5 stars.

Always very friendly and welcoming. Good price for the area and you get breakfast and an apartment. Very close to Costanera centre. Only small thing is the rooms are very tired looking. There is a lot of wear and tear but still a great place.

O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada, num bairro que tem tudo muito perto, mercados, lojas e ótimos restaurantes. O hotel em si precisa de modernização, os quartos com uma cozinha de apoio é excelente, a equipe de staff é maravilhosa, todos eles sem exceção, sempre muito solícitos e muito educados, nos deram suportes em todo tempo da nossa estadia.

Este hotel já foi melhor. Desta vez nosso quarto estava com o ralo da banheira entupido, as lampadas da cozinha e do quarto estavam piscando. O café da manha decaiu muito também. Antes recebiamos em uma cesta com variações no pão, iogurte, salada de frutas. Desta vez foi em uma caixinha de isopor sempre com o mesmo pão e iogurte. Não teve salada de frutas... Precisaria dar uma reformada, pintar, trocar algumas mobílias. O que vale muito é a localização. Na próxima trocaremos de hotel.

Ni bueno ni malo
La ubicación es perfecta. La limpieza también. El trato de la gente es espectacular. Las instalaciones son antiguas, le hace falta remodelación. El internet es pésimo. El agua en la ducha sale con una presión regular. No la pasé mal pero buscaré otras opciones en mi siguiente visita a Santiago.

El departamento muy cómodo, limpio, el desayuno muy completo. la ubicación excelente, cerca de todo a pocas cuadras del mall Costanera Center. Lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme allí en alguna otra visita a Santiago.
