Helt fantastiskt ställe med den absolut bästa servicen! Överträffade verkligen våra förväntningar. Personalen var så omhändertagande och hjälpsamma, inredningen otroligt vacker och en helt fantastisk atmosfär. Blev även överraskade med ett otroligt fint firande på min födelsedag. Riad Kheirredine felt like a beautiful oasis when we arrived there fresh from the desert. Friendly staff members met us wherever our tour bus decided to drop us off, and carried our luggage through the city to the Riad. From that moment on we were taken care of completely. The staff was lovely and helpful, anticipating every need. Our room was beautiful, far exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is great, and they have a coveted liquor license which pairs especially well with the multiple rooftop lounges. I loved everything about this hotel, and can't wait to visit again. Thank you Riad Kheirredine!

Our stay at Riad Kheirredine was truly one of a kind. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, the staff was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Karim, who went above and beyond in ensuring that every request, need, and wish was fulfilled with impeccable care. He truly deserves a promotion! I wish every hotel had a staff like him! Whether it was providing fantastic suggestions, arranging seamless pick-ups and drop-offs, organizing tuk tuk rides, and even providing cellphone for peace of mind in case we got lost—the staff was always there to help. While the area around the riad may seem a bit overwhelming at first, stepping into Riad Kheirredine is like entering a peaceful oasis. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Marrakesh's old city. It's an experience that will stay with you long after you leave!

I would love to stay here again. I cannot name enough staff members who have made this stay so memorable and enjoyable but Kareem and Khaled were especially nice. All facilities were fantastic and I cannot recommend this stay enough.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facility was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff were extremely warm and helpful. It is not conveniently located, but the extent of staff assistance on every aspect of our stay more than made up for that. Recommend highly.

Our stay at Riad Kheirredine in Marrakech was absolutely unforgettable. Incredible Hospitality

Key word here is hospitality. Upon arriving you are met with your host who discusses, recommends, and ultimately facilitates everything you could think of. They have thought of everything to include giving you a local phone with Google Maps and WhatsApp and a good signal to help navigate the tricky Medina Area. Can’t say enough about the staff and their hospitality. It set the highest bar of any hotel I have stayed at before to include the Marriott Luxury lines.

Experience Marrakech

Riad Kheirredine was lovely, nothing was too much trouble from the warm welcome to lovely fresh produce at breakfast, fruit and water in the room and a friendly guide from the square to the Riad which is tucked away along a network of alleys. The inside of the Riad was beautiful with orange trees and a number of beautiful places to sit and relax. We ate breakfast every day on the terrace with great views over the rooftops.Our room was a good size with a lovely bath, comfortable bed and a sofa to relax on.

This is a special experience. The staff are exceptional in their service and care. We felt reassured throughout. The breakfast individually served is delicious and perfectly judged. If you want a hotel with gym and TV then this isn’t for you but if you want attention to detail and every effort to made for you to be happy in Marrakesh then you will be delighted. For me this is one to return to which says it all really!

Amazing property with outstanding staff in a great location within the Medina. They offer some extra touches that really stand out, like chaperones and a mobile phone to help you navigate, mint tea and water throughout the day and the most huge breakfast - so big you won't need lunch. The hammam/spa is small but good as is the roof top pool and there are plenty of shady spots to relax in comfort and style. A true gem.

Bellissima struttura silenziosa, nascosta nel cuore della Medina con cortili interni piantumati e terrazza panoramica attrezzata, con vista sui tetti della città. Si raggiunge a piedi dopo un breve percorso a zig zag, accompagnati dal personale dell’albergo, ospitale, sorridente e premuroso, a tutte le ore. Si riesce a comunicare in francese, inglese e anche italiano. Ottimi la colazione e il servizio ristorante, da provare il menu marocchino. Date le temperature elevate durante il soggiorno, il lavaggio gratuito della biancheria è stato un bellissimo regalo!
