The phone in my room is not working. I had to run back and down to report the issue to the front desk. I had to set the morning call because I don’t want to miss the flight. The dryer was not good and I had to get the other one from the front desk. There was no even face tissue. And the shampoo and body wash were empty while I took shower. There is no to go breakfast prepare which the other hotel can be prepared the to go breakfast if the customers have to leave early for their flight. I am requesting the credit for my room. It is a bad experience.

Subway is in the corner it allowed easy transportation to the city. However, the hotel needs some upgrades. Also, there was a lot of homeless people roaming around the hotel.
