"Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop pool was nice. But no service there- no towels…etc. kind of abandoned. Worth about 60-70/night "

We also had the best sleep here out of all the hotels we stayed at in Medan and wished we stayed here more nights.Convenient location with a huge mall just diagonally across the road too.

"The rooms were big and spacious that I've ever stayed thus far. It had nice views. However, looking at the condition of the resort, it needs a makeover. It has not lift which was fine if your luggage were not heavy. But it will be dangerous if you are staying at the second floor and have heavy luggage."

"Just a 1 night stay for me. Good for the price. Room was comfortable enough for short stays. Breakfast was good but not special.
One big negative : walls are so thin that people talking in the hallway sound like screaming and some guy praying in the other room sounded like he was in my room. "

The cafe/ rooftop restaurant has not been completed therefore it's not in operation at the time of our stay. The view of the Bay Area is pretty good from the 22nd floor where we stayed. This pproperty is located in the city center, it is very convenient to move around the city from the hotel. ATM is available within the building. Rooms are clean, modern and well-lit. Air conditioning...
