"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. "

"The hotel is located in the downtown area with very convenience on shopping, eating and public transportation. The hotel also provide parking. Staffs are friendly. Hotel is modern and with updated and convenience design for occupant. "

"Delicious breakfast was included in our stay with good service. Rooms were clean and bathroom and shower were excellent. Checked in before we got to the hotel and had no problems. Parking was a little tricky to find but a local helped us find free street parking just down a few hundred feet down from the hotel. "

"Thh hotel staff and owner are impeccable in customer service all they do. The hotel is immaculately maintained. The breakfast is extensive and essential for manuvering the daily hiking, climbing, biking regiment. The beds are like heavenly clouds and the balcony breeze and views are stunning. The quietest place and the most beautiful surroundings i have ever experienced. "

"Nicely located near town centre but on quiet side of centre so peaceful with a sub 10 minute walk to station or station square where the trains to Andermatt leave and the Glacier express. The town shows it has a long relationship with English visitors."

"The staff made this hotel, the reception staff were always lovely. Great room, kettle, mini bar, etc and the pool/sauna was an added bonus. No parking but everything is so compact that it’s nearby to walk. Comfy duvets! "

"We received a warm welcome from the reception once we arrived, and the check-in went fluently. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The cable-train is right in front of the hotel, which makes it super convenient especially when you finished your day in Cran Montana skiing. The breakfast is simple but nicely prepared, not to mention the Italian coffee. Overall very pleasant and chill experience, and very grateful for the help from the owner. :D"
