Good all round hotel with friendly staff and very good location opposite the train station. Ten minutes walk to the twin centre and plenty of free parking at the hotel during our two-night stay.

Every member of staff we encountered was so polite, friendly and helpful in particular ALEX who would go the extra mile It was a quiet place to stay which was warm, quiet and everything was close at hand. The menu was limited in choice but was very tasty and enjoyable.

Nobody on the desk on arrival had to walk around looking needed to phone if getting back to hotel after 10pm so porter could open door. So called bar in darkness when we got back at 10 very limited drinks. Room needed blinds and blackout curtains to keep light out. A overpriced hotel will not be going back.
