Housekeeping left window open unbeknownst to me. This was at a time of the fires when air quality was bad, why let that into a hotel room?! Also could not get warm in the room.

The hotel was perfect for our stay - Very centralized - Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and eager to help. The room is indeed small but has all amenities perfect for a 2 nights stay - beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very functional - Overlay pleasant stay - The interior court is lovely but due to the inclement weather we were not able to enjoy it nor the rooftop.

Great location is all this hotel offers.
This hotel is situated in a great location however it is old and small and smells of mold, mildew, must - you get it. Our heater didn’t work which was inconvenient on a cold night with the windows open due to the smell. Note that the smell was strong enough to seep into our bags and clothing. The hair dryer didn’t work and the bathroom was old and small.

No as good as it was...
Been here a few times before Sonder took over,so thought I'd see what had changed Good points..Still a clean hotel and great location. Bad points..breakfast has gone and worse,they dont service the room. 10days using the same bed sheets 🙁 You can pay extra for a change of sheets,but I'm paying enough already and that should be included.This is supposed to be Beverly Hills.
