This is a great hotel!!! We loved staying here and it is very convenient to most things downtown. Jamon checked us in and he was so wonderful!! The staff was friendly and inviting. The hotel overall was clean and safe. Only thing I would say was a negative is that the valet was a little inconsistent; sometimes they would be there and sometimes they weren’t there. Two valets would solve the issue, but it was only a minor inconvenience.
