Property manager demands that I pay pet fee in cash. First of all, I’ve been coming to this motel for years. This was first time asking for cash for pet fee. I hadn’t meant this property manger before. Why would he ask for cash payment? Is he pocketing money for himself? Second, I booked room with king size bed. Earlier in week, I stayed in room 16 with king size bed and heater fan is so loud that I can’t sleep. I requested stay in room 15. He told me room 15 had been booked. He said I had to stay in room with queen size bed. That night I came back from dinner. Room 15 was unoccupied. When I left following morning, room 15 was still unoccupied. I wasn’t offered price room with queen size room. I won’t be back after this experience. By the way, the past 7-8 years, I stayed at this motel 4-6 times in December/January. Not anymore.
