The nightmare hotel!!!
This trip was an absolute nightmare. I went for Eagles Super Bowl parade, on the website this hotel advertises 25$ per night parking, I was staying for two nights total so I was ok with 50$ for parking. When I arrived at hotel after a long drive and pulled into parking lot the attendant very rudely told me 125$. I said absolutely not the website says 25$ per night, he basically admits to price gouging because of the Super Bowl parade, and said it was double now. I said I booked this reservation two weeks in advance and the website doesn’t reflect any changes to price. Long story short I had to get hotel manager involved and she basically said it’s out of their control because it’s an independently owned lot that the hotel just uses and can’t control the price even though they advertise 25$ a night.
They worked out a deal where I could get refunded for the difference of the original price advertised if I pay the inflated price now and check out on time. She gave me her number in case I had any problems with refund. Of course when I checked out the man tried to flat out accuse me of lying about this arrangement, stood in front of my car and when I called for hotel manager she would not respond. This was literally the most rude & unprofessionally establishment I ever stayed at, if I could give negative stars I would. Never would I stay there again even if it was the last available place in the city.
