Large room with huge king size bed. Noise from pub until about 12pm and road noise but to be expected in Manchester City Centre.

Room and bathroom were fine for two people, but we'd booked for 3, so it's a good job the other person didn't come. There were twin beds and I assume a sofabed, but we didn't check, nor could we see extra bedding etc.

Our first shower was cold because their water heater wasn’t Working. There’s a pub on the first floor and it makes it hard to enjoy beer traveling with a six-year-old to take my upstairs. This place should cater to the Single Traveler. When were the nearest coin laundry facility was they looked clueless.

Breakfast offered but doesn’t start until 9am! What is the point? Whole place in bad need of redecoration. Price point too high for the state and quality of room

I stayed here for one night and an issue I noticed straight away was the lack of cleanliness because one pillow case had what I thought was a blood-like stain (as you can judge by the photo). I reported the issue to the front desk and I was told that the housekeeping staff would change it - nobody did anything, which I suspect was because I was only staying there for one night but I just felt like they were dishonest there. I also did not like how I had to unfold the sofa bed myself when I arrived which I hurt my finger doing, although nothing too serious came of it. Then there was no heating coming from the radiator even when turned to the maximum temperature but I did not bother reporting this as I found the bedding kept me warm enough and I slept through the night. Beforehand though, around midnight, I was locked out of the hotel and there were no staff so I panicked as I was not given any information about what key opens what door which I had to figure out myself. Another issue I found was when the front desk said that the set of keys which they give out could not be passed onto the other people who I shared the room with because it was booked in my name so it made plans to meet more complicated than it needed to be. There was also misinformation in the room's handbook which stated that the check out time was at 10 AM but it turned out it was actually 11 AM according to the front desk. Those last two issues were not reported but I lost faith in the staff there by the end.
Pillow case stain that I thought looked like dried up blood which I reported but nothing was done about it. I told the front desk/bar that I left it out on the desk in my room for the whole night I was there for so I tried to be helpful as I could.

Staff at Oxnoble were genuine ,helpful, and tried their best with extreme staff shortages and deserved a medal trying to provide an excellent service their coffee machine was broken and no chef in place ,the two staff worked very hard to provide a service . It was terrible to watch them trying to give a good service when they had run out of food except burgers Your staff were gold and should be commended .

What a hell, I had to bear with the loud noise from the bar through the night. Also, the footsteps in the room above were echoing and noisy.
