One day stay
I want to say that this place is at the bottom of the list from all the places I have stayed. I don’t know where the good reviews come from. I can see this hotel was at one point a grand hotel but now is in need of major TLC not sure if this is only own by one family as I did not see any other employees! Mr Patel received me with a good manner attitude told me to check in on the A side. We were received by a ceiling at the entrance way that was falling apart with some black mold. However we remain with hope to have a nice relaxing weekend with the kids. Until we got to the room and find a very dirty old carpet, a toilet seat that has not been a musty smelled that made my kids sick and an old beds that had been caved with the shape of previous guess. Then a pool that smell like a lagoon that has not been clean in a while and soon after made my daughter sick of her stomach throwing up. Am surprised this hotel can pass a health inspection and has high ratings. I would like for Quality inn to check this property is a bad reputation for their chain of hotels. This is the first one, that we had such a bad experience. To sum this up our experience was so awful that we did not want to think about trying the breakfast in the morning and just left. At check out the lady did not even ask how was out visit.

Good accommodations, comfortable sleep.
The gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful. I tried to get ice out of the ice machine but found it was not working. He went right away to check the issue and discovered that it was unplugged. I was later able to get ice. The room was spacious and the bathroom was stocked well and had great counter space. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Nice breakfast choices also. Reasonably priced too. Very clean throughout.

Fine place for a night.....
Fine stay for a night. Room was clean but a little older except for the bathroom which had been updated (although the tub was clogged and took more than 5 minutes to drain after a shower). Property overall needs some repairs: exterior doors don't close fully, card readers broken so they don't lock, yard area all dirt/no grass). Breakfast was mostly continental with bagels, donuts, waffle maker and juices, no real hot items except for some small egg item which was pre-made with cheese in the middle. Gym equipment all worked so we actually used it, and indoor pool looked reasonably clean

Lipstick on a pig!
How much lipstick can one put on a pig? The foundation has sunk so much they put weatherstripping ON TOP of the door frame to cover the 1+” of sag. They stuccoed that wing because of the big cracks in the walls. Walking down the hall you can feel all the cracks under the carpet. We have a dog, so they charged us extra to put us in the dog pee room. The heating was very loud.

Not the best experience
Mixed review here - if you just need a bed to sleep in and get out of the elements, this place is okay. However, we will not be returning. We would prefer to spend a little bit more for a better environment. The property is in need of updating. Our room -handicapped room- was poorly lit and the plugs to recharge our phones (built into the lamps) did not work. The shower switch to bring the water down to the showerhead would have been out of reach for someone in a wheelchair (my veteran husband, fortunately has me to travel with to help with these things). The bathroom was nicely updated and brightly lit. However,whomever designated this room for handicap access obviously has never brought in an actual handicap person to check to see that it is accommodating. The front desk person was nice and helpful.

Watching out for their guests.
The young woman at the front desk was the best. As I walked in to get my room for my 2 kids an I to stay, she tells me she will be there at the front desk in a bit. She was walking out to meet with the police as they had just pulled into the hotel. They were dealing with an individual that had been wandering onto the property after they we told to leave. I waited patiently a when she got done she got me my room an explained everything I needed to know for my stay there. The room was great. We swam and got in the hot tub an even went to the fitness center an worked out. Check out was easy gave them my room cards an off we went. I was very pleased with our stay especially knowing that the young lady that checked us in was also watching out for the safety of all the hotel guests. Great place to stay.
