We got a dirty room with dirty beds. The sheets were not changed and had hair and pieces of lint on them. The shower curtain had mildew on it. Not soap in the shower. The receptionist gave us sheets and we had to change them at 11pm. Additionally, at 2:15 am , the room next door had a noisy party with music and shouts. What a nightmare.

Will be staying again!
I was not expecting the room to be so nice lol. I loved every part of it. Especially the bathroom. Everything was so clean and functional. Other hotels that Iโve stayed at that had walkin showers like this, Iโve had leak while Iโm showering but this was pleasant!

Disappointed in Glendale.
When we checked in I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for staff. Finally walked around the counter and was able to get the person on duties attention. When we booked the stay we relied on the site being pet friendly. There was a sign posted in the entrance sayin no pets. I questioned the person on duty as we had brought our 6 pound Yorkie. She proceeded to search for their pet policy as if she was unsure. She was able to locate a form for us to complete and we were told that there would be a $75 pet fee. We had no choice but to pay it. Nowhere on their website does it indicate they charge a fee. To top it off our key wouldnโt open the side door where we had to take our dog to do his business requiring us to walk around to the front of the building to regain access in the bone chilling cold. When we returned from dinner we waited at the front counter to see if we could find out why are key wouldnโt open the side door. Once again we stood there until poking our head into the office. We were told that they were having problems and never offered to give us a different key to see if that would work. Both times we poked our heads in the office the staff member was busy on her cell phone. To top everything off, the parking lot was an absolute mess from the snow that had arrived two days before our stay.

Nice hotel
We were checked into a room of the wrong type. Before unpacking, I was able to work with the desk to get us into a room of the correct type. It took about 15 minutes waiting, but his persistence to get things fixed was appreciated.

The property was great. The only issue was expedia. I had prepaid for my room and when we arrived they denied payment to the hotel. Had to repay for our room and wait for the refund from Expedia. Will stay here again next time we visit Milwaukee. Just will book direct with the hotel.
