The good - The property was well-kept and very clean. The bed was so comfortable!
The bad - Breakfast was pitiful. Everything was empty, and worse…no coffee! When my husband asked a worker about the food and breakfast , the person mumbled something and walked away.
The ugly - I booked and paid through Expedia. After we checked out, they called me saying that my card was declined and that I owed $159 for the room. I never gave them a credit card at all! I called them back after investigating, told them Expedia said they were paid and my credit card had posted the payment. She didn’t ask for proof at all, just said ok and hung up on me. Strange. Makes me suspicious since she had asked for a credit card during the first call, which I’m so glad I didn’t give her.
