The location is great. Right by a bustling street, with access to restaurants and grocery stores. The decor looks nice, the bathrooms are clean and modern.
Not disclosing clearly that accessing the property requires climbing to roughly 2nd/3rd floor through a narrow and steep staircase is however irresponsible. I've seen multiple guests struggling with carrying their luggage upstairs.
Most importantly, the room design is hostile. While spacious, the "standard" rooms lack convenient seating amenities (this includes the bed, which due to headboard design is unpleasant to sit on), which makes them good only for spending the night. Additionally, while the rooms are soundproofed from the outside of the building, you can hear in detail what folks in the adjacent rooms are doing or talking about.
