We had a lovely, large room overlooking the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful showing us where to hike and explaining the many different transportation options. They gave us two smart cards upon arrival that we used for access to numerous gondolas, cable cars and funiculars. Would highly recommend.

Man fühlt sich als Gast wertgeschätzt und willkommen. Da ich überwiegend in Leading Hotels of the World einkehre, kann ich sagen, dass das Kulm wirklich zu einem der Besten dieser Kategorie zählt. Lobenswert ist gerade in Zeiten von Corona auch die Regelung am Essensbuffet. Die Gäste werden am Buffet bedient, sodass ein Abstand gewährleistet werden kann. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
