Dirtiest hotel ever! Out dates, dingy & disgusting. The pool was so gross, all the “lounge” chairs were in terrible shape, some broken. The hallways to the room was so sketchy. Worst customer service at front desk/phone & hotels.com was impossible to get in touch with. We couldn’t even stay here for our second night.

I was a bit disappointed when they gave me a second floor room despite the fact that I stay here pretty often and also because the hotel was nowhere near sold out. Love seeing they are keeping it nice after the hurricane. Cafe bar for example could be faster especially when they serve the best coffee around. Staff for the most part was nice, cleaning staff does a great job in rooms. Food options felt limited at pool and slow but we were glad to have them. We will come back.
