The room was dirty when we arrived, and the shower temp control handle was not staying attached. I called down to the front desk and was told that housekeeping would clean it the next day. He also said that we would get a $100 credit. When we got back to the room the next day, it had been straightened up, but the floor was still dirty, and the towels were dirty. When we checked out, I asked for an updated receipt and there was no credit on it. He left no notes, so I was told I'd have to call back and talk to him. Not a good experience.
