I booked this Hotel through Hotel.com, and am very happy i did, the experience from day 1 was a very nice, and pleasant one.
I never stayed at the Hampton/ Chicago- Midway before and because of the price compared to neighboring Hotels, i decided to take a shot.
At check-in i noticed the kind, polite, and friendly conversation another guest was having with the 2 front desk ladies in front of me. I noticed how clean, and quiet the Hotel was inside. After a speedy check in process( which i was about 25 min EARLY to), the young ladies got me into room #136.
The room was clean, bed very comfortable, and smelled good upon entering. breakfast was PLENTIFUL, restaurant area well stocked and maintained, hallways were spotless, and the Hamton cree/associates were friendly and helpful. I arrived about 2 hrs before my fiance did but when i went out to help her with luggage, she ALSO complimented to me. how clean, nice, and quiet the Hotel was, our stay was for 3 nights and we felt very safe. With so many places in the near, we had a large amount of things we got in to during our stay.
At checkout, while dropping our key cards at the front desk, i had to mention to the young lady that it was our very first time at your Hotel, and i must say, it was a GREAT experience, such kind, and friendly staff, if i receive a review questionnaire from you, ill definitely leave all 5's ๐. The young lady was happy to hear that and thanked me for the compliment. best experience ever, WE WILL BE BACK!
