I lok towards a marriott property to be up and running full service akd that means with the breakfasf that it currently is false advertising it serves. We have stayed here before & it has been undergoing a reconstruction project for the past 2 years. Because of this there is no breakfast available-but we knew that when making the reservation. The room was fine,but at 1:30am the nextdoor room had a loud altercation with,shouting,banging on walls & slamming of doors. Although we called the desk 3 times nothing was done. So we have traveled 6 hrs back home on very little sleep. Security needs to be present or there should be some type of policy for the desk to enforce by contacting the police when this happens.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, which is good because it's a little dated. However, the beds are really comfortable and the rooms have plenty of space. We upgraded from the studio to the two bedroom, and it was almost like an apartment. The staff here is excellent!

I was absolutely shocked at the condition of this hotel. I was not aware it would be under construction when I booked the stay. I have pictures of construction debris in the hallway leading to my room, the parking garage (where I parked my car) had cars covered in plastic and others covered in construction dust. I had to duck under plastic tarps to get to the elevator and the door to gain access to it was being painted and knowing of wet paint, damaged my shirt. The bathroom tub was dirty, the cauling was separating from the wall and the view from the window was a wall 10 feet away. The pool was closed. There was no lobby but a door that let to a desk which felt like a storage room. I was given a bottle of water, a bag of popcorn and apack a chips a hoy cookies for my inconvenience. Pathetic. I expect so much more from a hotel which has Buckhead in its name and the surrounding buildings. I will not stay here again or any other "Residence Inn By Marriott" Do better!

Our stay was Excellent. The hotel is under renovation right now so there is not Free Breakfast, however they did have coffee and tea in the office. Staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The studio room was clean and very comfortable!

The staff is really nice and responsive. The hotel is undergoing renovation so it's hard to tell about amenities. The rooms we stayed in were pretty old and definitely needed to be updated. We were not aware when we booked that the property would be under renovation. So no breakfast, courtyard or pool.
