A place with heart
Always love this place as it's all about the people that work there. It might not be renovated. UT the way they are a real comm makes this place special. Case in point: during our stay. The staff and management had a Christmas Gift exchange for each other and you can see that they try to treat each other and their guests as family. Just a great attitude! And the pool and hotub were awesome as usual. Clean, warm and kids spent 2 hours there playing on Sunday for a break on sking

Breakfast was excellent. They had a variety of food choices every morning. Dining staff was great Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and smelled great when we arrived. The maid service was lacking. We stayed for 11 days and had maid service only twice.

Okay-ish
The room was okay-ish..The tv remote didnt work so it was stuck on MTV and the front desk doesnt answer the phone when you call them from ypur room. The wall paper was peeling in quite a few places, the carpet in the hallways reaked of vomit. The beds were older spring beds by not the worst. No bugs so that was a plus. The free breakfast wqsnt bad either. It wasnt the worst stay but it also wasnt great.

The hotel is located between the i15 freeway and the train tracks where the Front Runner trains operate on. The location is noisy all the time. The furnishing in the room look worn and in terms of cleanliness things could be better. There was no hot water on the 3rd night of my 4 night stay. I raise the issue with the front desk. They responded by saying "there's should be hot water"... Yes there should be, but there wasn't. Such non response and non resolution to the problem seem rather tone deaf, nonchalant, and unprofessional.
