Horrible Experience
Terrible! Was not able to check in with the confirmation number you sent me. Had to pay separate amount. Tried to call your customer service with the number provided by Baymont. All I got was someone trying to sell me a Dinning card for 4.95. He told me I had to buy this before he could transfer me to customer service. My bank Debit card has been charged $4.95 twice for something I did not want. At first I tried to put this $4.95 on my credit card, was told it did not work. He then asked if I had Debit card. I gave it to him and it went through apparently twice. My wife and I was in Corbin attending a death in the family. I spent over an hour trying to check in. This was a Horrible experience and I want to give you the opportunity to resolve this
