Lovely overnight stay, clean room, fabulous swimming pool and incredibly friendly staff. Service in the bar and at breakfast could not be faulted. Breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful - we will be back!

This was a couple ,short visit. The hotel was lovely , clean and comfortable . And above all the hotel was next to the town tourist areas so walking was easy . Shame about no free parking at the hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff great location and would definately stay again

Much better than expected as reviews were poor.Great from the start.Loads of parking.We were early at check in but were allowed to use the pool while we waited for our room to be available.Great family friendly hotel.We ordered room service all quick and efficent and food was good and hot.Breakfast was very good.I am gluten free and the staff could not have been more helpful.Everyone was very kind to my son and I.Will return most definitely.

Won’t be staying again

Hotel is very dated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The bathroom in our room wasn’t the cleanest and in need of some tlc The room was very dated but the bed was huge and very comfortable the safe in the room didn’t work We had breakfast. The food was very average and you had to pay extra for a specialist coffee of £4 The spa facilities were also open to the general public so was extremely busy.

Our 4 day experience was excellent the staff in the restaurant,bar and house keeping where all very professional and a credit to the hotel what massively let the hotel down was the prices in the bar 2 double gin and 1 bottle of tonic water £28.00!! Cmon Macdonalds you cannot believe that is fair!! In us you had a captive audience but we went across the road a had the same drinks for literally half the price we would have liked to have spent more time in the hotel but sadly not at those prices
