The motel next door is kind of shady. But overall they have an amazing pool and the hot tub and the gym area is nice. They have an amazing conference area downstairs we've used in the past but not on this trip I live in Wichita and when we can get the room for a decent price we like to go once in awhile. Just a nice little getaway spot

Staff was friendly. Pool area was beautiful. sauna actually worked. Sheets were clean and towls too. Room itself was not so clean. Coffee pot not empty. Crumbs on floors, broken soap dispensers. Torn curtains. And the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The gym had a broken cable machine and 2 sets of dumbells along with some stationary bikes. However if you are looking for cheap place with clean sheets this will do.

The room floor was not clean the lamp in one of the rooms acted like it had a short and the tv remote didnt work there was only 1 towel had to ask for more the pull out wasnt even a mattress just a foam pad it had no sheets and when asked it took them well over a hour to bring it the ceiling in one room had plaster missing never again

No breakfast and our room was hot even with both air conditioners on and there was nothing but slamming doors until 3 o’clock. They had both of our sliding glass doors with PVC pipes the downstairs toilet didn’t work didn’t flush showerhead sucked No pressure. Not enough towels. Upstairs tv didn’t work.

Front staff was nice, got in the room ceiling had several repairs on the ceiling. One of the spots was leaking ( I did let staff know). There wasn't any shampoo or lotion in the dispenser the shower was dirty where you put your own soap. The door has a huge gap at the bottom. Ac took about 5 hours to cool down.

We booked a two night stay in the jetted tub loft room for $590.00. When we pulled up to the building it looked very trashy and there was even a van with broken windows and flat tires in the parking lot. When we went in to check in the staff was sketchy. Then we went to our room only to find out it was 100 degrees inside. Quickly found the air conditioners and cranked them low. Then walked around and seen dead bugs laying all over the place. The tub looked nasty and dirty. There was a big sticky spot on the floor and the ceiling looked disgusting as well. We did however get a bag of snacks from the desk and quickly returned it on our way out. Needless to say we left immediately and got a refund. Just go stay at a holiday inn. This place is a bad joke.

Hitting on one cylinder

The stay was comfortable. The room was ok, the AC unit made weird noises the windows where filthy. The facility was in need of renovation. There was an element of roughness about the place. People where loud, and running the hallways at all hours, my room had obviously been broken into before with the latch completely missing and the door looking like the lock had been messed with. The laundry room was flooded every night, the equipment was mostly out of service and the only thing that seemed to be popular was the swimming pool. One elevator was out of service as was just about everything to be honest. If there where two of them then one was broken.
