Check-in lady was very nice and friendly. Room was clean if a little worn around the edges. Only thing bad to say is they need sheets that fit the bed. I had a queen but sheets seemed to be for a full size. I was only there overnight and but the time i was going to bed was too tired to wait for someone to get proper sized sheets.

Cockroaches.
Cockroaches. We found a cockroach on the wall and one on the bed crawling. Video recording and picture shown to attendant who immediately said she knew it came from a room by ours. We immediately left and found another hotel at 930 pm. Had to drive an hour to another hotel. Haven’t been able to get in touch with hotels.com to get a refund as manager said it had to be initiated by me through hotels.com. Honestly just blown away. Whole dealing with that the attendant was still letting folks check in…??? Had to pay an insane amount for another hotel and drive an hour.

Spend the extra money and go elsewhere
Check in was terrible. I stood at the counter for a minute while the lady laid back in her chair watching her phone while blasting music on her computer. I finally said “excuse me, can I check in?” She looked at me, didn’t say anything. Went back to her phone for another 15 seconds then got up and still never greeted or anything, just asked for my last name. Room wasn’t very nice. Soap left in shower from previous guest, sheets were inside out so were they changed or just flipped, they also hardly fit the bed so they kept popping off, carpets and all just looked dirty, and the entire place smelled of weed.
