Comfortable stay with healthy breakfast options
Came for NYE. Beds were comfy, staff was nice and overall the hotel was clean. The breakfast offered had healthier options than I’ve seen in other similar hotels which I appreciated. I couldn’t really figure out the thermostat and room was really dry, bring a small humidifier if you’re staying longer than a night.

It was ok
We had a decent time, however, we had loud noises coming from our floor around 2-3am in the morning. Sounded like someone was having a party. Another night, noise from outside. Not a nice area as there’s homeless people around. Sirens almost every night. Also, lights in the room went out twice in our 4 day stay. Maintenance had to fix, which they did right away. Unsure if I would stay there again.

HORRIBLE 'customer service'
I've liked this hotel for years... today, after checking out and getting to my car... there was a sticker on my window about how they were going to tow my car cayse no permit was in site - THEY NEVER GAVE ME ONE. Window can not roll down... almost got into a physical fight with staff just now.

Overall the stay was good. Breakfast was great, room was very clean and comfortable. Shower head was built up with lime but had dove toiletries that was nice. View of the mountains from the room was incredible and that made up for the false impression that you get to use a balcony (the reason we booked this hotel was for the balcony) the balcony’s are not accessible even though every room has one- they are locked and now just for looks. Wish I would have known this before. Other than the false advertisement the stay was good but would book somewhere else with a balcony in the future. We also rented a car and somehow it got sideswiped in the parking lot after we had checked out and Uber’s back to LAX, and the hotel can’t realest footage without a police report we can’t make because we are now across the country so huge bill is r have to pay now.
