NICE SPOT NICE PEOPLE
From check in to check out, it was perfect. Staff is super pro, smily and helpful. The hotel is well located for flyers like me. Shuttle is efficient too. One info is needed, once you are at Orly airport the shuttle pick up area is at D1 bus stop, in the middle of the parking lot for Orly 1-2-3. Breakfast is nice and staff too. I simply recommend this stay.

It’s an older property but very well located close to the airport. You get good value for what you pay for. The staff is amazing and always willing to help you out. We had many requests for them and they would always answer them with a smile in their face. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget that needs to be close to Orly Airport. There is a very nice restaurant in the first level with 5 star food.

The hotel is ideally situated for onward travel from Orly airport, in fact it just next to the airport concourse.Check in was efficient and the hotel was clean in all areas. The room, whilst standard for this type of hotel, was clean and comfortable. It has free parking on site and a regular shuttle bus to the airport if you don’t have a car.It has a Portuguese restaurant next door which is popular because it is friendly and the food is excellent. I would happily stay there again.

So the staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby area was clean and well appointed. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside needs refurbishing but the close proximity and airport shuttle made the stay worthwhile. Just a note, I didn’t ask for an accessible room so was unable to use the shower but that’s on me. Has a nice deep tub.

The hotel is ok for a one night stay. Shower bath gel container was empty, the shower drain cover came off. The shower door was awkward to enter through. Shuttle service hours not as posted. Middle of the road experience. Sufficient towels a plus.

This is barely a 2-star hotel. The only reason to stay here is if you have an early flight out of orly. It felt really cheap. We needed the shuttle the next morning and it was supposed to leave at 5 am. At 5:30, we finally found the driver and got to the airport. We made our flight. But it was unnecessary stress.

Not well-maintained property
Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the exterior of the hotel appeared abandoned and the surrounding area gave off an unsafe vibe. Furthermore, the lobby area and room have outdated furnishings and lack of basic amenities. It was not easy decision to leave because the night had already paid, but our safety and comfort are our priority. Hotels.com must take immediate action to address the discrepancies between the photos of this hotel online and the actual conditions.

Very close to Orly airport which was great because traffic can be heavy. Free shuttle tonand from the hotel. Incredible Portuguese seafood restaurant (huge portions of high quality food at very reasonable prices) adjacent to the hotel. The room was small but big enough. There's a thermostat in the room so I don't understand the review that said the hotel was too hot. Our AC worked fine. Entry into the shower / bathtub required a high step that my 86-year-old father-in-law couldn't have done but my wife and I had no problem with it (we're in our late 50s). My only complaint is that the airport shuttle driver tried to leave at 10:53 rather than 11:00 as scheduled. Fortunately my wife stopped him as Inwas 30 feet away checking out of the hotel. Also the breakfast buffet was adequate. I had pancakes, apple sauce, pears, yogurt, eggs, and cherry tomatoes.
