Front desk service was outstanding. Our room had a view to die for but the bathroom had hair all over the floor. The second day of our stay the room was not serviced and it was necessary to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. The following day the room was serviced but staff failed to supply toilet paper. The breakfast was very good. The hotel needs a lot of updating.

This property is located very close to all major attractions in walking distance e.g. acropolis museum, acropolis, Plaka shopping area. The furniture needs upgrade but location is key thing and that is a big plus for us. Breakfast was excellent. Front staff especially Piros is excellent. He guided us very well with map and all major attractions that one must visit.

Budget wise travelers want a good deal. Parthenon Hotel is in the best area of Athens, the Acropolis. Great service, capable administrators in the Reception desk made our stay enjoyable. We are reserving rooms in the same hotel for our next trip. I was very impressed with the service from this hotel! They contacted me a couple of times before arrival to see if we needed transportation set up. Also asked when we would arrive.
