From the entrance you can see the deterioration of the property...see the carpet. They gave us a room on the 6th floor with the wooden floor very deteriorated so I requested a change, which was much better on the 2nd floor. Hotel is conveniently close to public transportation in a good neighborhood. We felt safe and took public transportation everywhere. The rooms are well furnished and the staff were extremely helpful. Overall, excellent experience.

Excellent, friendly and polite front desk staff. Good location, close to metro. A grocery store and coffeeshop half a block away and a good restaurant across the street. Very spacious room and big, modern bathroom. Mattress of sofa bed quite thin and uncomfortable, though. This needs improvement but, otherwise, very satisfied with stay.

Room was great, nothing to complain about. Also gym room was pretty good. I picked this hotel as it was very close to M7, so easy to get to and get back from Estadio Cívitas Metropolitano. Lots of shops nearby, a big Lidl right next to the hotel, great restaurants in a walking distance. Easy to get to the airport, if you dont have luggage, with the same metro. Or a short trip with Bolt or Uber which is less than 20 euros. I'm definitely going back there next time i travel to Madrid. Loved the place.
