Terrible Service 101
Terrible experience: room was not ready. Attendant helped take my luggage to the room(thanks). When we arrive at the room the door was wide open. I left the hotel and when I returned in a rush to use the toilet the light in the rest room did not work. There was no soap, only 1 hand towel, no bath towels or washcloths. The room was heated by a replacement plug in portable heater which did not provide adequate heat for minus 14 degree temperature. I had to get a blanket from my car. It was very hard to connect to the wifi after having to go to the front desk to get it from a reluctant attendant who just pointed to it on a small poster behind him. I had to take a picture with my phone). In conclusion, the light was replaced, towels were delivered after 2 attempts to get enough,and 3 very tiny slivers of soap were delivered (hardly big enough to wash your hands let alone your body). the curtain rail or hanger was broken( I couldn't close them to keep the light out or prevent someone from looking in.) The arm chair was worn and dirty. The sink was cracking and had no stopper. Oh,and no iron, I guess you had to request it.
