Great clean, comfortable, affordable, pet friendly
Woman very nice at checkin. Had 2 dogs only had to sign a damage waver and also had to sign a no smoking waver , both contains a fee of $250, no worried about either as we don’t smoke and the dogs are well behaved and house trained. The Smoking waiver was kind of ridicules as the place freaked of pot everywhere Inside the building. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’m assuming there are people residing in this hotel as there are signs on a lot of the doors stating no cleaning because they have pets that they don’t want to get loose. I don’t get the no smoking waiver, is it only for tobacco and not pot??

We stayed here while escaping a Florida hurricane. Not a fancy place, but we were grateful to find shelter. Many nearby dining options. All staff were friendly, efficient and courteous. We would stay here again.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this filthy property. There was rust and decay in the bathroom. The toilet bowl and the bathtub has seen its days. The room smelled like cigarettes and mildew. There were suspicious looking characters hanging in and outside the property. Stay away!

Awful hotel!
Fortunately, we did not arrive at the hotel until quite late after a very long day traveling so all we wanted was to sleep. The very noisy AC unit made that tough, though. In the morning, we found the shower head barely produced any water, the bathroom floor was filthy as was the telephone, the corridor was in sore need of vacuuming, and the exterior(building & grounds) appear run down & in need of a lot of work. That was not a welcoming site!!

For the money, Motel 6 is Motel 6. Dated property but clean and easy to get to. Lots of eateries within walking distance. I needed a crash pad for a few days of helping a friend do some demolition work. The good, room was clean, bed was comfy and plenty of hot water. The not so good, noisy A/C not installed in the wall correctly and a room door lock that was finicky. Would stay again if needed.

New Hotel with bright future
My first time lodging at a motel 6 it was neat and smelled so fresh and clean. However the floor was very dusty and sticky so we Had to keep shoes on when walking around in the room. Also, all the vending machines were out of order. Yes I would stay here again it close to i95 and lots of food choices. Everyone was friendly and work hard to keep the place smelling great and looking clean.
