This hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Clean room and good amenities. Provided breakfast was delicious and was pleasantly suprised that it was a full breakfast.

The staff was very nice everyoneโฆ however was in town for ACDC it was 499.00 for 1 nightโฆ hair on sink where u store toothbrushโฆ same 14 inch brown hair on sheets โฆ yes sheets white and a long hair stands out when your 45 yr old male with maybe 1 inch hair:

Bathroom does not have a door that fully closes & locks, its just a barn slide door. Not Ada compliant, shoulder couldn't reach the toilet paper.

2 night stay. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Conditioner in shower was empty when we showered 1st night. Remedied the next day as we checked in late that 1st night. Water pressure was a bit light for my liking in the shower. Toilet was having issues. Said something upon check out, so on me that I let it go throughout our stay. Typical Hampton breakfast (which is not a bad thing): Cold & hot options available. Fitness room was very small, but usable. Indoor pool and hot tub looked nice, but we did not use them. Overall a nice stay and would stay here again!

Check in went smooth, but when i got to the room I realized i was placed in a handicap room with a tub which i did not purchase. I went back down to the lobby and the lady working said there wasnt any more rooms left. The next morning I went to the desk and ask for a room change and the desk lady stated that hotels.com put me down for the room i had which wasnt what i purchased. I sinple just said ok and went on about my day. Saturday night my boyfriend hollered from the bathroom that it was a roach. I thought he was kidding and i went and the was one crawling on the bathroom sink. After that I was done and so glad we were leaving that next day. I did sleep with the light on after that because I was afraid there was more.

Hotel located near lots of restaurants and easy access to the interstate. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and spacious. Would stay again if in the area.
We had a wonderful five day, four night stay at this hotel. The amenities were awesome, and the breakfast was fabulous every day! We would definitely stay here again!

Over all great stay. The bathroom has a timer on its lights that kept turning off if youโre in the shower. You have to open the door and wave your hand to turn it back on. More funny for me, but could be startling or dangerous for elderly or children. There is literally everything you can think of to eat within walking distance!! A major plus, as traffic can be a bit congested here near the airport. I would stay again and recommend to others.

It was so horrible my sons could not even use the pool because they had about 10 kids in there with no supervision being Bullies to my sons. The beds were so stiff bugs in the bed scratchy sheets blanket the air was not working the towels were so itchy

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk staff failed to mention that they had changed our room typeโwithout any noticeโfrom two queen beds to a king bed and a pull-out couch. I had booked this hotel specifically for the availability of a room with 2 queen beds. It was shicking to discover only after entering the room. Coming back to the front desk, they stated that they could not rectify the situation as they no longer had any rooms with two queen beds available. The lack of transparency and communication was appalling.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the room, they pretended to process one, only to later reveal that it was merely a refund of the $50 incidental charge. The actual cost of the room had already been charged by Hotels.com.
This experience was riddled with poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero willingness to resolve their mistake. I strongly advise against staying here.
