Perfect overnight stay
Reception staff very helpful, quick and easy check in, appreciated having the aircon already running in my room prior to arrival on a very hot day (rooms require key tag for power to switch on normally), has everything you need and close to trams, buses, hospital and good pizza place 2-3 minute walk away. Good variety in the mini bar. Downside on this trip was the false fire alarm at 2.30 in the morning but on the positive at least we know it works and the staff at the time were very apologetic for the inconvenience. Check out was quick and easy as well. Definitely good value for money. See you again next week.

Great budget hotel- not a destination hotel
Budget hotel stay for the night, room was clean, bed comfortable, air conditioning worked well. the room had a large accessible bathroom and a fridge . It had a good selection of snacks and drinks. It is a little dated, curtains where not blockout and you could hear noise. a little away from shopping area but easy to walk 10-15mins to the main area. pricy for New Year’s Eve- but that is expected with all city accommodation. I’m happy I used a voucher for the night and it was just to sleep.

Very nice five day stay at this property. The room was spacious, the air conditioner worked well and the cleaning staff was pleasant and efficient. The front desk staff was exceptional, very welcoming and highly accommodative to our needs. Our only quibble: The mini bar was a relic from another era. We would have much preferred an empty refrigerator to store our own drinks. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this property in the future.

Awesome location
Rooms are large and pretty much up to standard as expected for a basic hotel. Service staff don't have the courtesy to look up from their phone/computer to greet you. Parking is "available" but $25 or more per night on top of the room you are already paying for. Our supposedly upgraded room had a lovely big window with a concrete wall view. the next floor and above had a view of sorts. Location is great. Close to some pretty cool eats and only a short walk to north terrace and the markets etc

Not the best Hotel in Adelaide
This clearly was not the room we booked or even.looked like it but when.i.questoned it was told there was no.others. The room.had a very small window looking.out 2 nothing , the carpet in the room was fraying the bathroom door looked warn .there was no safe though on a plus side the staff we great and helpful apart from moving rooms

Great location, close to tram stop
Great location for what we needed, tv aerial was playing up so couldn’t watch anything. Room was very clean, was a bit musty but that went away after running aircon for a bit. Bathroom whilst not modern, it was very clean. We had some medical appts and motel allowed us to leave car longer than paid for, very grateful for that as would have been difficult to find a park where we were.
