Overall, it was a positive experience, but there were a few disappointments. At check-in, there was no counter person. we had to wait approximately 20 min. for the clerk to show up. Apparently, he had to drive the airport shuttle. The room had an overpowering smell of cleaner/sanitizer, but after the widow was opened for a bit the smell lessened. At least I knew the room was clean. The day of check out, the elevator was out of service which meant using the stairs to get all our bags downstairs. We are healthy people, so it wasn't a huge deal. Check out was ok, but apparently, they had a different last name on my room, so there was a bit of confusion there.
