Family stay!!!
Our stay was very good, staff was very friendly and beds was comfy. My only complain is that the air unit was loud but other than that the stay was good. Restaurants and supermarket right next to hotel. Walking distance!!! Casino jist a mole awayโฆโฆ

Be warned and informed!
Arrived around 9pm. The front desk clerk was very nice and professional during check-in. Went to my room and the second the door opened the odor of dog urine was overwhelming. I didnโt even walk-in but went right back downstairs and asked for another room. There was no other room to be had according to the desk clerk. I left and went to another hotel. The clerk stated that she would cheerfully refund my two night stay and apologized profusely. To my surprise the next day, the manager or owner had a different approach and refused to refund any of my money (2 nights worth). I was told that was the cancellation policy, but I didnโt cancel, I showed up and refused to stay in a disgusting room. The room was not as advertised. The internet pictures were highly misrepresented as the inside of this hotel is really bad. I own a dog and I love dogs, but I donโt let my dog piss on the carpets or travel with an odor. The entire hotel and elevator smells like wet dogs. The outside is nice, but itโs lipstick on a pig. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded my entire amount through them as they agreed that I didnโt cancel by showing up. Readers, this is an honest review, move past this Microtel and find somewhere else. Corporate Microtel needs to visit this location and enforce their standards. And shame on the manager or owner for being greedy and not cheerfully refunding my money. If you have a guest not traveling with a dog DONT put them in a dog friendly room

The service at this small hotel rivals a 5 star place like St. Regis, they are so attentive and friendly. They try so hard to help with anything needed and are genuinely happy to have you there. The breakfast was amazing. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, all sorts of cereal, juices, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and Belgian waffles. Thereโs coffee, tea, and fruit infused water available 24/7. The front desk is available at a monuments notice and texts you upon arrival to ask if they can assist in any way. The rooms have a window seat that isnโt a bed but our 11 year old slept comfortably on it and enjoyed being by the window in a โbedโ all to themselves. There is a grocery store in the same parking lot thatโs super convenient. The 5โ deep pool was a welcome addition that the kids loved
Best of all is Allie, sheโs a rescue kitty that can be seen curled up sleeping behind the front desk. All in all Iโm so happy we chose this place to stay. Itโs not the newest or fanciest but what they lack in glamour they make up for in hospitality.
