So many things have change, not for the good!
Where to start! We have been staying at this property each Thanksgiving for the last 9 years. We had so many issues this trip. We had already decided that we wanted to stay 2 extra days when we arrived. We inquired about extension. You can no longer upgrade, extend or make changes at front desk. You must go through travel agent or Hilton's site. We had to call every morning & evening to have the hot water heater "popped off" so that we had hot water. Sensor in the vanity area went triggered the lights from midnight to 6:00 am. Restaurants closed & there was no warning. We had the TV replaced in our room. Had to call twice to front desk to get the new remote. It is just the little things that can ruin a vacation. I have already begun searching for our new favorite resort in Playa! Beyond disappointed this trip.

This is a court time that we’ve been to the property, we originally stayed here when it was “The Royal”. Since Hilton has taken over it seems like each time we go there are less amenities and more paying for things that used to be free. The staff is still exceptional but I think management is on a money grab for little things.

Very nice resort, very clean, great staff. The location is great. Beach is narrow, shame there are no bars/restaurants on the beach or overlooking the beach. However you can have a very restful time here. The rooms are very nice, large with pretty balcony. An enjoyable stay, would recommend it.

Love the property, Staff very attentive to guest. Shops everywhere, only thing I don’t care for is every other step outside of the Hotel, a vendor is trying to pull you into their “Family Store”😂. I will return again!!! Mister Bee, Ga.

The restaurants were all very good. Most of the entertainment was enjoyable. The negatives would be the wait we had at check in. They seemed to have temporarily miss placed our luggage. There was no access to beach area. The main negative was a non working elevator most of our stay.

We loved our stay! The staff was a helpful and friendly. The food for an all inclusive resort was surprisingly delicious. They always had events and activities going on so we barely had to leave the resort. It’s right next to fifth Ave which, within walking distance. There you will find lots of shopping, restaurants, & bars. Will definitely be back!

Ideal property to stay at. Outstanding cleanliness and friendly competent staff. One example: My AC broke one evening and they sent someone to fix it within 5 min of me reporting it. Was fixed soon after and they checked in a few times to make sure all is well. I joined in a lot of activities: crafts, dancing, pickle ball, and the staff were always cheerful and energetic.
