We recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Pullman Tbilisi Hotel from August 14th to August 21st, 2023, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing and frustrating stay.
First and foremost, the behavior of the gym manager at the Pullman was beyond appalling. On our first visit, my wife and I were excited to use the gym facilities. However, our excitement quickly turned into disbelief when the gym manager rudely refused us entry, citing the absurd reason that our sneakers were not "gym fit." What exactly constitutes "gym fit" sneakers is a mystery that the Pullman gym manager failed to clarify. This encounter left us feeling unwelcome and humiliated.
The issues didn't end there. The hotel staff's responsiveness to our requests was nothing short of abysmal. Despite repeated reminders, they consistently failed to provide us with extra towels and water bottles. It's astonishing that a supposedly upscale hotel like the Pullman couldn't even meet such basic guest needs. It seemed like our requests were either ignored or forgotten, and we were left with no choice but to make multiple calls and visits to the front desk, which only added to our frustration.
Furthermore, the housekeeping staff at the Pullman Hotel demonstrated a complete lack of attention to detail. We had requested basic amenities such as dental kits, shower caps, and vanity kits. These are not extravagant requests by any means, yet they were consistently overlooked. It's unacceptable that we had
