Our room was very accommodating. The staff was cordial. The breakfast offered guest was mostly starchy foods but sufficient. The bed was comfortable but was only a queen and my wife & I are accustomed to a king, so it was cozy. There were 2 TVs one in the bedroom and one in the sitting room.

Hotel is clean. But the Hide a bed is really uncomfortable. I’d go for double queen beds instead of the hide a bed if I were you. Also, disappointing that there is no easy way to call the hotel directly. You get sent through a call service and the person on the phone isn’t even in the state. No phone in the room to call out.

I would pass on staying here again

The room didn’t have a vent in the bathroom. There was cracked and chipped area at the base of the bathtub. There were repairs needed on the bathroom door but altered to be only painted over. There was no needing for the pullout and when we went to the desk to ask for some the guy wasn’t very polite and there were no pillows available. The breakfast was not very good. Limited choices and low quality food. My daughter was stung by a wasp (may be living in the ground near the handicapped stall). The room was clean as was the dining area and entry. The bed was comfortable. The basketball hoop and grill were right outside of our room so basketball late at night kept us up. It was close to many restaurants

This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and we love the atmosphere of a studio apartment rather than a plain hotel room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall great experience. When we travel to Rapid City Gramdstay will always be our first choice for accommodations.
