Not a good stay.
Came to town spent Christmas with family. Checked into the hotel on 24 December. Upon my arrival, I had to kick the snow from in front of the door just to get in the room. The plough had went by. I would say several hours before because it was all ice and nobody shovelled it from the doors.
I got in and got the room set up and realized how nasty the floor was. There was several white stains over the entire floor and footprints. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and asked them to please clean the room again. I then went to a family function and arrive back about 10 o’clock that night. When I get back to the room, somebody had been in the room and looked like they tried to clean. Unfortunately, they did not mop the floor as the white stains were still on the floor. I know they could’ve been removed because I did it myself.
I brought this to the attention of the front desk yet again the next morning and was told “oh somebody must’ve walked on the floor when it was wet”
On my first night, I asked somebody for management to contact me and now two weeks later I still have not heard from anyone
