One of the worst experiences in Turkey .the staff didn't act professionally at all. Water was out for about an hour. Food choices are poor given ( all inclusive) Staff didn't speak English. Total waste of money . I paid for two night then I left on the second day because the service and the facilities were so out of shape and below my expectations

Total catastrophe . Absolutely not worth the money. Place is not like a five star hotel but more like a Pensioen. Service was also very poor. Took more than an hour to check in. Start days it was like there is no one to manage. Not child car friendly while it is for families. Room service was highly unsatisfying. Need to complain multiple times else no body comes for cleaning. Food was not tasty. Pool was small.

Otel fiyat bakımından gayet iyi bir otel. Geliştirilmesi yönünden resepsiyonda direk kart verilip odanın neresi olduğu gösterilmiyor biz sorduğumuzda şuradan girin şuradan çıkın diye söylenildi, resepsiyonda bilgilendirme, yönlendirme konusunda çok eksikleri var. Oda temizlikleri çok güzel lakin çevreyi temizleyen elemanlar rastgele boş boş gezip 3 4 tur aynı yeri geziyor sonra alıyor birşey varsa yerde. Kafeterya bölümündeki lavobalar çok kötü kokuyor hijyen konusunda oraya dikkat edilmesi gerekli bence çünkü pasta pastane malzemeleri oradan veriliyor ve kokudan dolayı hiç bir pastane malzemesi yiyemedik orada. Ayrıca kafeterya elemanlarından kahve vs gibi birşeyler istenildiği zaman surat asıyorlar sanki zorla birşey yaptırıyormuşuz gibi hatta kahve istediğimiz zaman getirmediler bile duymamazlıktan geldi. Akşam yemeği ana menüsü zayıf kalıyor biraz daha çeşitlendirilmesi, tatil bölgesi olarak balık vs daha konulması gerekli. Kek pasta bölümünde ki yiyecekler görsel açıdan güzel ama yenildiği zaman lezzeti yok. Eğlence ve aktivite bakımından keyifli akşam oldu. Sahil kenarındaki içecek servisindeki arkadaşlar sohbet muhabbet ve her konuda anında servis ettikleri malzemeler için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

otelde 5 gece konakladik. ilk gün yemeklerin kötü olmasindan dolayi ayrilmak istedik. para iadesi son iki gün olacağı için ve yorumlarda iadesini 1 ay boyunca alan olmadığı için vazgeçtik. odalarin temizliği iyi. hergün temizleniyor. yemekler ilk gün çok kötüydü sonraki günler sikayetler uzerine biraz duzeldi. otel yonetimine bir tavsiye yemeklerde sıra olmamasi için fazladan bulunan elemanlarınızdan 2 kişiyi yemek dagitimi için kullanabilirsiniz. fiyatlar diğer otellere göre düşük diye yemeklerin kötü olacagina, yemekleri iyilestirip fiyatlari yükseltebilirsiniz. deniz çok güzel ama iskele olmadigi için 200m ileri yürüdükten sonra ancak deniz seviyesi göğüs seviyesine geliyor. aksamleyin eğlence olarak otel sıfır. insanlar eglenmek güzel vakit gecirmek için geliyorlar. akşamleyin sahilde arabeks ve türkü tarzinda şarkılar calinmasi insanlarin neşesini alir. hareketli müzikler çalınıp gelen misafirlerden isteyenler oynar eglenir. aksam gösterisi olmamasi çok kötü bir durum. biz bu yüzden çok sıkildik. bir aileden duyduğumuz da çocuklarımız cok sıkıldi demesiydi. otelin agacli yesil dolu olmasi çok güzel. otele ayrica bir park alani duzenlemesi getirilmesi gerekir. cimenlere arac park edilmek zorunda kalinmis. son gun kahvaltıda yumurta dahi yoktu. bunu iki ilgiliyede söyledim yok dedi. bir kahvaltıda olmazsa olmazlardan tereyagidir. otel yetkililerin personel yenilemesi gerekiyor. işi bilen ilgili atanmasi bu oteli vazgecilmez yapabilir.

Her gün oda temizliği yapılıyordu. Kumsal ve otelin diğeralanlarında da fena değil. Yemekler çeşitli ve lezzetli. Tatlı çeşitliliği ve lezzeti arttırılabilir. Denizi ve kumsalı güzel. Akşamları müzik dinletileri var. Gün icinde mangal, çiğköfte, gözleme gibi aperatifler var. Çay kahve meşrubat çeşitleri sürekli var. Bayanlar havuzu 5 e kadar daha sonra karma. Çocuk havuzu ve çocuklar için sürekli etkinlikler mevcut. Denizde çocuklar için uygun.
