Check in was a smooth process & front desk agent was so helpful! She went above and beyond to help set me up with a nice room, accommodated my request to look up my Marriott rewards # and granted a late check out since I was running a 5k race in the morning. That extra hour was greatly appreciated and one of the main reasons why I prefer Marriott properties. I love staying at Citizen and look forward to future trips. Thank you!

I stayed here on the weekend for my anniversary and extremely happy we did the room was awesome with a nice view of the capital and the staff was every nice both at the front desk and the bar and also the hotel valet were helpful with directions I definitely recommend
