The stay was not bad but we didnโt have a key card for the first 24hours we had to have the manager open door for us. The bathroom needed an update the roof had some mold on it.

We got put in a handicap room the bed was hard as a rock the shower sprayed everywhere this was the worst night stay I would not recommend to anyone!!

My stay was good the lady who checked me in was excellent however the next day I did not receive a receipt when I checked out So I called the hotel to get emailed a receipt the person who answered the phone tried to tell me i did not stay there on tohse dates and would not email my receipt so i had to report her to corporate and they emailed my receipt
Once you pass the common area look out! HORRIBLE MUSTY, DIRTY DOG Smelling One Bedroom Suite. Carpeting & furniture smelled so bad we got extra blankets to cover it all. We had blankets covering the carpet also. Never removed our shoes unless in bed. Old worn out fixtures, no working ice makers on the 3rd OR 4th floors. Never checked the 2nd floor. Ripped blinds, broke faucet, dirty mold ridden shower tile. I could go on but I think this says enough. 10,000 points given they feel is "great gesture" for our inconvenience. They did offer a different room but we also looked at other rooms the cleaning ladies were cleaning and they appeared the same๐ช SHOCKING for a Hilton Property... We usually stay Marriott but were here with others on business so we booked Hilton... Never again. This was the worst Hilton property we've EVER stayed at out of probably 10 times staying at Hilton in our 35 years of marriage. We did get a late check out after begging becauseour businesstraining went over a bit, "for $70" and left at 3:00. Very upsetting for a Hilton Property.

Disappointed
the bed was very uncomfortable! The bathtub smelled like fish. The pillows were so flat, my back and neck still hurt. The lady at the front desk was rude. Iโve never been so disappointed in a Hilton hotel. Worst birthday stay ever.

Bathroom was not deep cleaned before our arrival, baseboards in bathroom were dirty and hair was on floor. Shower looked more like a gym or pool shower. Ac unit had a mildew smell. Tv would flicker every few seconds. Room keys didnโt work on second day. On check out day an employee opened the door to our suite without knocking, luckily the latch was closed so the door didnโt fully open, this happened at 10 am and check out wasnโt until 12. Pool and spa were too low in water to properly run (we are owners of a pool company). Spa water was stagnant. Lobby area was the most appealing area of the hotel. We are frequent travelers and we have stayed in much more cost efficient hotels and have never had any issues.

Overall I give the hotel a 7/10. I work in customer service and I have experience in housekeeping. The server at the breakfast area was exceptionally great with me and my boys. Mrs Rose was very loving and delightful. I had an issue with my key card and the lady at the desk Friday 3/21/25 morning seemed to very annoyed with me asking for a new card. I had the same issue with the key card Saturday and the lady working was very nice and helpful as she stated that it was a system issue that everyone was having. The room overall was clean, my only issue was hair in the shower. I do my own cleaning anyway. I would highly recommend a friend stay at this location.

Initially I enjoyed the intro however our first room was very unclean. We went to switch our rooms which was unsuccessful at first. After a long travel we had to wait to get into our new room which was a hassle in itself. Mike hotel staff walked into a disaster of a shift and we felt bad for him as it wasnโt his fault and he really was trying to accommodate us as much as possible. We eventually had no choice due to being very tired we went back to our room 421. The bathroom like I said was unkempt to say the least.
The next morning we were upgraded to a presidential suite and a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience but to be honest I want a refund for that deplorable room we were given. That isnโt Hilton like what should have happened was to be charged for one night as no guest should have to stay in a filthy room after notifying your staff. I appreciate the upgrade but for the price I feel like we were given bare minimum compensation.

The property was average. I was expecting a little more based on the pictures. The exterior of the building looked inviting. The interior was average.
