Bad service when I first got there I was told no tv and bad service I ask the guy for a microwave he said he will look for it but ghost me the guy block me and the cleaning lady try to come in my room while I was sleeping without knocking and try to kick me out the place smells real bad and its all crack head doesn't worth the stay tbh

Small wall unit heater could not warm the room up. Needed to wear heavy clothes in the room. There was dirt or something else between the 2 sheets. No television or a chair to sit at the desk. After I had checked it somebody else was given my room and I needed to move rooms.

Worst hotel in Alexandria
I stayed here with my family for 4 nights the first room we were put in had no running water. Our second room had no hot water or heat. I had to buy a heater to keep us warm. Our fuse blew out twice in this room that we were left in for the whole night. The next day we were moved to another room that had no hot water and roaches. We had no number on our door.our phones were unusable in our closets and we were given a microwave and refrigerator but both did not work at all.On our final night we came back to our hotel door being wide open (luckily none of our stuff was stolen) it was just a rough stay and probably the most horrible experience I have ever experienced

I had booked a room for one night. I was given a room with no toilet paper, no lamps, no TV, no towels. When I tried to contact the attendant that I won’t be staying there, he was no where to be found. Calls went right to voice mail. The hotel has now refused my refund. Don’t stay here. It’s gross that

Apart from this, there was no heating in the room and there was a combined heating and air conditioning unit that did not work and only made the room colder.

A shelter
It’s a roof and 4 walls… nothing more nothing less. Couldn’t sleep there. Heat did not work. Front desk hours are NOT 12-9. And you have to call hotels.com customer service to get the secret number so the guy can come out and check you in.
