Havia lojas perto, houve um problema dificil de resolver, só consegui ligando por um numero espanhol atraves de cabine telefonica, no geral a estadia foi legal, porem o fato de ser administrado remotamente dificulta a solucao de problemas De toda forma o quarto era limpo e a localização legal, não perto exatamente do centro mas acessivel com pouco transporte

Unas taquillas para guardar las mochilas unas horas (al entrar o al salir) serían muy bien recibidas por los clientes (lo comenté con otro huésped que tenía el mismo problema). Antes de las 15 (entrar) o después de las 11 (salir) hasta la hora del tren/avión la mochila se agradece un sitio para guardarla

Excellent customer service! Called to report that my air conditioning was not working and switched to another room straight away after we confirmed over the phone that we were not able to get the ac working. When booking through Expedia though, I recommend calling in advance to make sure your email was communicated in the booking as this is how they send the check in information.

Good points were the location close to the city centre, shops & metro. The decor was nice. The hot water for tea and cold water was handy. The selection of stations on the tv was comprehensive. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of noise so the supplied earplugs were handy. Check in and access was easy. The water pump was very noisy. The bathroom door on rollers kept coming open. The shower screens was off it's lower rail. The worst thing is that the room was small and like a hot box. Outside temp was around 39 degrees and the evaporative fan was not up to the job of cooling.

No tenía A/C entendible pero era imposible dormir, no tuvieron el servicio aunque fuera de un ventilador extra, la persona de limpieza cuando pregunté cómo bajar el blackout para poder enfriar el cuarto no sabía cómo y contestó de manera desagradable, nos terminamos yendo a otro hotel, nada recomendable

If you don't speak Spanish, then don't book this place. It's not a hotel, just a group of rooms in the 4th floor of a building. There was no person in the reception. They didn't send me any instruction for checking in until I had left the USA. But the first email they sent me was in Spanish, and by the time I saw it I didn't have Internet to translate it into English. I had to ask someone on the street to translate it and call the company to get the check-in instructions. Again, they sent me the instructions in Spanish. The room is tiny, but clean. The place was loud during my last night.

Easy to find, the email with the codes to get in the building also included photos which was a massive help in identifying the building etc. The room was perfect, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was very good. Room had everything I needed for one night. It was a shame I couldn't have stayed longer. Staff I spoke with were helpful and friendly. Overall, highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. There's plenty of options for food around, and the metro station is a very short walk.

Great Place to Stay for Solo Female Traveler

I was very happy with my stay. I had a slight issue getting in to the building because my email was glitching but the hotel staff was very helpful on the phone to help me get in to the building, my room, and check in. The hotel does not have a lobby and a desk. If you are checking in after 6pm make sure you check your email for information. They were very understanding. The building could use better marking. The hotel and rooms are very nice and I felt comfortable there as a young, solo, female, traveler. It is a 20-30 minute walk to central Madrid.
