Hi This was a lovely hotel. Inside it has been renovated and a lovely dining area, lounge and bar. The rooms are nicely decorated. Outside lets it down as it needs a good paint. Close to the sea and to the town. I’d stay again

Hotel is in a great location near east cliffs , 10 min walk to the city centre . Rooms are a good size . I feel the £50 deposit per night is a little much as there isn't really a mini bar to speak of . I enjoyed my stay and would return when im next in Bournemouth

The room was recently renovated and spacious. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the east cliff zig zag trail. They let us extend our stay ( late check out) for £10/hr for a max of two hours. It was a terrible experience, The Shower had very low water pressure, and couldn't take a shower. couldn't even sleep a bit at night since I couldn't take a shower. Told they couldn't fix it as the maintenance person clocked out at 8PM. TV was not working in the room. I booked it to have a nice relaxing holiday in a 4-star hotel. this is a run-down 1-star hotel. Cancelled the second night in the hotel but they didn't even refund fully only refined partially for the second night.
