A great found
We had an amazing stay at Charles hotel. The location is perfect surrounded by a park plenty of restaurants and interesting places. The food is great and healthy offering a variety of fruits, excellent granola, chia puddings and the service exceptional. The room well furnished, comfortable. The hotel offers an excellent service of massage. I had 2 and they were some of the best I had. The pool is on the roof top and offers great views of the city. The water is heated and at the perfect temperature. Also the hotel concierge offers great tours of the city and transportation options as well as great restaurants recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and plan to come back.

The hotel is very good about enforcing boundaries for you - a late guest can’t have breakfast, the amenities promised by a staff member are overridden by a manager (maybe they should train people better) - but in no rush to fix stuff that breaks or help you. The hotel made s small gesture after much arguing but the boring decor, loud location, and tacky vibe wouldn’t attract me again.

Other than the check in process which was mainly one lady who checked me in the staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is nice and centrally located although this does mean it can be noisy with the windows open. There is a great cocktail service at your room door. The rooftop bar is really for young people as not very high standard and drinks in plastic cups.

The staff at the hotel truly made the stay enjoyable. They were highly professional and seemed to genuinely appreciate their work. My only issues were the dirty bed sheets I encountered and the visitor policy. While visitors are allowed, they must be 21+ and provide two forms of ID, but digital IDs aren’t accepted, which feels outdated in today’s world. On the bright side, the food was excellent, and I’d gladly visit again.

The staff is incredible. Super friendly. Before our trip they txt us and set up transportation from the airport to the Charlie. It was excellent service. Arriving welcome drinks. Every day at 6:00 we were surprised with happy hour drinks at our room from a bartender mixing whatever you’d like. So much fun. The breakfast was phenomenal.. The rooftop party was excellent. The Gym incredible. We had a beautiful room and a great experience.
