We loved our stay at the waterfront. We were warned about ongoing renovation work on the exterior of the building, but it didn't affect our stay at all. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Two bathrooms came in handy. There was a convenience store close by, so we were able to grab the essentials when we arrived. There is free parking, but it's rather tight for SUVs. The staff were all welcoming. The view from the third floor was very nice (2 bedroom apartment). We will stay there again if we return to Queenstown.

Enjoyed our stay here. We had a hire car so having parking was important and was free (they have some secure underground as well as outdoor). We had the one bedroom apartment, everything was clean and with a big kitchen with oven and microwave. Lounge room was excellent and a lovely view out the big windows. It was a short walk into the main area of Queenstown which was excellent not to have to drive everywhere.

The location is probably the best. Steps away to town area where everything is. Street noise is expected, but bearable. Love that there are laundry racks that we could put out in our living area to dry our laundry. Bedrooms are fairly small but living area is big. Toilets seem recently refurbished. Nice and clean! great location and good value for money. walking distance to everything. my only negative would be that it is not serviced so you need to remove your garbage daily yourself but there are no spare bags in the main kitchen bin to reline them, something very simple to do I would have thought.
